I broke the end off my brake lever (when I knocked the bike over while washing it!!!)

Are the non OE ones on ebay to be trusted? Don't really want to find out in an emergency and fit it snaps!

Or should I take the opportunity to replace both clutch and brake lever with something else? Its only a Bandit 650.

Thanks, I am assuming they are easy to fit. No point buying stubby ones, i might as well keep the broken one and file down the end!

They look suspiciously like rebranded chinese levers although the Lextek guys will swear blind they're manufactured in house in the UK.

Not if you ask the lextech guys, they were advertising them on one of the Facebook groups and got really arsey when someone said that they look exactly the same as the usual Chinese levers.

I read a few horror stories about these Chinese levers. I'm probably gonna replace my scratched ones next pay day but I'm a bit scared of fitting the dirt cheap ones when people have claimed they've cause accidents.
