Replacement broken disk?

My sons game disk of Call Of Duty Ghosts has been broken.

Is there any fair way that we can get it replaced cheaply and for an honest and fair price... or even free?

How exactly did it break? I know years ago some publishers used to replace broken discs (my mate got one replaced for free by writing a letter to them), not sure if they do something like that now.

Probably a lot easier to buy it second hand.

I mean he's over 18 so surely he can afford £20 odd second hand.

LOL not rage, is was not clipped into the case properly and when he opened it, the disk slid out and hit the floor and its got a tiny chip on it and it will no longer read.

Or yes, he probably kicked the xbox and flung the disc across the room in a strop.

I dont know, but Id chose the latter myself too if Im honest with you!
