Replacement cables

Hey got a pair of ath-m50x but need a replacement coiled cable for connecting to my pc (the others are too short)

can anyone recommend a replacement, preferably 3m+ in length

£20 for a cable! No way am I paying that any cheaper alternatives?

the first was £15 not £20 and is the same kind of price that the no-names are going for on the Rain Forest

If you're after a coiled cable, then I don't think you'll find one much cheaper. As with some headphones with a removable cable, the inlet for the cable requires a cable connector housing that is of a non standard design. This appears to be the case with the M50X and probably rules out using any bog standard cable, requiring a cable specifically designed to fit the headphone socket, which in turn makes them more expensive.

This is one the cheapest 3m straight cables I can see for the M50X.

Cheapest option is to add an extension to the cable you are using currently.

£20 is dirt cheap in terms of cables. Especially for a branded name.

Cheers 12 quid is easier to bare than 20. Braided also looks better
