To be fair to OcUK this is the only problem I have with the RMA, they've been quick, efficient and helpful otherwise.
I RMA'd a 780Ti graphics card a few weeks ago. The card itself was 10 months old but with a 2 or 3 year warranty. It went to manufacturer for repair but today I've found out OcUK are sending out a replacement.
The RMA'd card was non-reference factory overclocked. After calling them this morning it seems the card I am receiving is from a different manufacturer and a reference card (B-Grade).
I feel I should be getting a like-for-like replacement, ie factory overclocked non-ref card and not a ref card. Am I right to think this?
