replacement cpu fan

i currently have the following cpu fan (had a look at it earlier today) on an i7 920 setup:

Zalman CNPS 10X Performa (think that's the combined cooler & fan name) / Zalman ZP 1225 ALM / 12V = 0.2A - the fan plugs direct into the motherboard (Asus P6T deluxe).

still pretty happy with the setup but the components are several years old now & it sounds as if the cpu fan bearings are beginning to wear out (clicking noise sometimes - yes, i'm pretty sure it's coming from the cpu fan).

Can someone recommend a replacement fan - something quiet & good value for money (i'm just looking for a replacement fan, not a complete cooler/fan setup)? looks like it should be pretty easy enough to replace - the 'coat hangers' which keep the fan in place should be able to attach to other fans of the same size as long as they have the screw hole in each corner. Also, would i need to change any bios settings (i'm just guessing here) or are the cpu fan speeds just set automatically?

Thanks ;)

thanks for the replies ;) just so i'm clear, any replacement cpu fan (which plugs into the motherboard) needs to have a '4-pin PWM' connector?

also, re vardar, this one would work well?: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-004-EK&groupid=701&catid=2331

ps - was also looking at this one from noctua:https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-023-NC&groupid=701&catid=2331&subcat=4 but i'm guessing the vardar will be enough for my needs?

reason i'm looking for a cpu fan with at least 2000rpm is because the fan i currently have has that & i want something similar (which is why the rajintek might not be sufficient).

Thanks again ;)
