Hi, it's my first time posting in home and garden so I'm sorry if I come off as "noobish" 
So my issue is that I recently purchased a G3 Ferrari Delizia pizza oven but the temperature dial broke off and I can't seem to get a replacement so I was wondering if anyone here may be able to shed some light/advice as to how I can repair the oven into a functional state.
