Replacement Fan for AMD 64 3200+

Have an AMD 64 3200+ retail cpu and heatsink/fan for about a year or so now. Last few days, the fan is making a horrid buzzing/whining noise. Sure you guys know what im talking about. Question I have is, can I just replace the fan and leave the heatsink in place? Or do I gotta buy a whole new CPU cooler with fan? If I can get away with just the fan, then less messing about for me If I can just replace the Fan, which one would I have to buy? Do OcUK stock the fan needed?

the Artic Freezer 64 Pro is good, cheap/cheerful... it keeps stuff cool whilst being pretty damn quiet too... and if overclocking is your thing... then it'll keep up with some decent overclocks too
