Replacement for a fried cpu and mother board

At the moment I had an Intel 7700k Oc to 4.9. water-cooled.
So am looking to replace the mobo and CPU and was looking at AMD this time. Will be changing my 1080ti When I can comparison between Nvidia and AMD offerings. But for now, looking at these two.
Could I have some ideas on CPU models and Will be going for Asus Mobo. (Just personal preference)
PC is 90% Gaming and 10% other, web browsing, and file copying ect.

It depends on how much you want to spend?? Ryzen 5 5600X,Ryzen 7 3700X and Core i5 10600KF under £300. If its around £500,a Ryzen 9 5900X??

How quickly you want to do this will influence choices, if now then Intel but if your happy to wait Ryzen 5000

Am looking for the best choice for gaming for the next couple of years. So if the 5000 is the best option. Then thats my choice to get
