Replacement for a XFX 8770

I've got an XFX 5770 1GB and looking to replace it with something of near or equal spec but less noise output (and prefably less heat too).

Reason being I use my computer as more of a media server/htpc rather than for gaming so 1. it'll be on all the time (heat and power), and 2. it'll be on when watching movies (noise).

I don't mind trading in my 5770 for a second hand alternative in the MM. My 5770 is apparently worty around £80. Budget maybe an additional £20-40.

Alternatively are there any decent aftermarket coolers worth considering?

Any recommendations?
