Replacement for Asus E35M1-M Pro

I was thinking of grabbing one of these. They do seem to be on the market since Feb or so - is there a replacement on the horizon?

I want something silent for a HTPC

Look at the llano range for more powerful options

I have the e35m1-i deluxe in my htpc, yet to find anything it can't handle. Running fanless except for psu which I can't hear at all. Only noise I occasionally get is my mechanical hdd

Don't want to go Llano as I want something passively cooled. Just going to use this for media playback.

They are planning a refresh early next year (Q1), which should have AMDs newer architecture and 7000 series IGP on die. I think there is already an updated zacate chip, but it is not much of an upgrade and I doubt many are passively cooled, as they are meant for lower end laptops.
