I currently have a Canon G16 to complement my DSLR, I've never been particularly impressed with the performance of the camera especially in low light and would like something that can better it in both image quality and video quality.

Budget is around £500 and the key requirements are:

- Not a bridge camera. I have a DSLR, it would defeat the object.
- Fixed lens with focal length 24mm - 150mm or more. (35mm equiv.)
- Large sensor.
- 60fps 1080p video in MPEG format (no propitiatory guff).
- Zoom that works in video.
- AF/IS that works in video.
- Full manual control.
- Must have some weather sealing as I would be taking it to Iceland in January.

In terms of video, this is the sort of thing I would be recording. The quality is perfectly fine however the IS is fairly jerky when panning.

Would appreciate any recommendations, the Canon G range looks strong on paper but the last two Canon point and shoot cameras I've owned have disappointed.
