replacement for dead AGP system

Hi

My system died and it appears that you cant get new motherboards that are socket 478 and AGP now.

What is the cheapest way I can build a replacement system, I want it to be at least as quick as my old one.

The old spec was

case 350w power supply

p4 3.4
6800gt agp(overclocked to ultra)
2X 1gig geil pc3200 ddr 400

I dont need anything else becuase I can use the old hard drive/dvd drives etc.

ANy ideas?

well like any one I would like to get the most bangs for my buck

so I think I might as well take the plunge and get a new graphics card as well.

So what should I buy to give a performance of at least my old system , lets say a budget of £350?

I assume I will need motherboards, graphics card, cpu, memory ( or could I use my 2 gig of ddr400?), and would I need a new power supply mine is rated at 350watts peak.

sounds good is intel the way to go these days???

if you're old system did everything you needed it too do, then the asrock mobo/2180 and you're current card will do you fine.

I did consider the above but overclockers are out of stock and I need to get some info from my hard drive.
