Replacement for dead Geil DDR2 module.

Hello,
Could someone please advise on finding an economical replacement for one of my four Geil modules which has regrettably died? Don't want to spend too lavishly if it can be avoided!

Memory module:- Geil DDR2 1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL=44412 Voltage 2.1

Specs:- Win 7 64bit. Intel Quad Core(TM)2 Extreme CPU X9650 @3.00GHz (Normally clocked to 4GHz.)
Total Memory 4GB DIMM DDR2 (It is one of these that has died bringing it down to 3GB.)

When did you buy it? There's a chance you can contact Geil for a replacement.

Did GeIL not do a lifetime warranty?
It also would not be matched if you bought just 1. Better to replace for 2x2gb tbh.

Was bought December 07, but has been mildly clocked, would this not invalidate any warranty?

It appears Overclockers only have a limited number of the type of memory to replace this Geil DDR2 1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800! Any recommendations or advise on a replacement and or compatibility, anybody?
