Replacement for Gigabyte EP45C-DS3R

Hi guys, some advice needed please...I'm having problems with my Gigabyte EP45C-DS3R and was looking for a suitable replacement.

It must support DDR3 dual channel (1066) and be stable for overclocking. Maximum budget is £150.

I've spotted the Asus P5Q-C but haven't used ASUS boards before, would this be better / worse than my current Gigabyte one? Cheers

problem solved! the bios needed reflashing with the latest version to support my e8400!
