Replacement for Hiper Type-R 580w

So sitting playing BF4 I hear a bang and everything goes off :/

Luckily I had a spare to test and it is definitely the PSU that has blown.

Now I don't have a huge budget (aka as cheap as possible), I remember the Hiper costing me about £50 back in 2006 (I know these weren't that well regarded but £50 and it has lasted me 9 years so I can't complain )

Spec is core i5 2500k (stock), Radeon 6850, 16GB RAM and 2 * SSD so I doubt it needs to be that beefy. Modular would be a benefit.

Any recommendations?

Although I am starting to think maybe I should spend a bit more, my last PSU survived 3 different Mobo/CPUs, 2 cases and about 4 GPU's so if a decent one can do that it's a good investment!

Just finishes fitting the EVGA 550GS - seems well made and quiet compared to my old PSU so i'm happy so far.
