Replacement for my GTX 1660 SUPER

My GTX 1660 SUPER is getting a bit long in the tooth, and I've found it starting to stutter on new games even on the lower graphics settings and I want something that can keep up with things like Silent Hill2 and FF7 Rebirth, so I'm looking to replace it. Resolution wise, I'm using a 1080p monitor. In case it matters I have a MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (Socket AM4) motherboard and a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Six Core 4.2GHz (Socket AM4) CPU, so I'm aware I might not get the full potential for the graphics cards right now (the motherboard is only pci-e 3 and cpu is kinda old) but I'm planning on keeping this graphics card next time I update the cpu/mobo.

From looking at the forums for my budget (£400 at maximum) it looks like I have choice between a RTX 4060 Ti (16GB) and a RX 7700 XT.
I'm looking at these cards specifically:

I'm currently leaning towards the 7700 nitro because as far as I can tell it looks like it does better on gaming and the nitro specifically has better (and hopefully quieter) cooling over the other two 7700s, but I just wanted to check if 7700 xt is the better card and what the actual difference is between the pulse, pure and nitro cards.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm a bit worried that waiting too long will mean the the 7700s are no longer on sale as I can't find an end date (plus I've been burned before by waiting too long and finding the thing I had increased in price), and from a quick google it looks like from price leaks that the 9070s will be in the £500ish range - which might be a bit much for me.

So yeah, I'm feeling a bit uncertain about waiting too long.
