I've had a Sapphire card replaced by Sapphire 5 months past the warranty, just wrote them a polite e-mail, and explained that I was disappointed, and would consider other brands, with longer warranties such as EVGA in future.

It was with reference to the warranty they offer, I don't give two hoots which brand of GPU I have, unlike a lot of people I only require it to work well, and be good quality.
