Replacement for the Corsair HX850

I've had this PSU a good few years now, but recently been getting very slight coil whine when moving the mouse so i think it time for a replacement.

I currently have a i7 3770k @ 4.2GHz
ASUS R290
8GB of Ram
3 Hard Drives.

I don't intend ever overclocking the card or running 2 cards, so wondering could i drop down on wattage to save some money if needs be if so what do people recommend.

Modular will probably be best, also need something with long power cables as i have a 800D which is not the smallest of cases.
