Replacement for X1950

I'm looking at replacing my old ATI X1950 with a newer, but passively cooled card. How does the HD4350 compare for 3d against the old one? Can anyone make any recommendations? My monitor resolution is 1400*900, so the card only needs to be able to drive that, though I may add a second monitor in the future, but that won't be for dual monitor gaming. I don't really game much any more, so long as it can run half-life 2 as good as the old card. Budget wise I don't really want to go too high, I'd prefer near £50, but may strench to £100 if there is a compelling arguement.

Thank you for the suggestions. I went for the Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4670 Ultimate "Passive". Arrived today, and now all installed. I was pleasantly surprise at how small it is. Just wish the PSU I bought to go with it was as quiet.

Are you sure

Last time I tested a x1950xtx (I think) it was about on par with the 3850.

The 4670 is a 3850 with new pants isn't it ?

You sure? My 3850 was about 50% faster than my 1950pro. Not sure how the xtx compares, but I doubt that the difference was that large...
