Replacement front end for vista

Trying to find a way to word this.

I am looking for a program that changes the front end of vista when my 5 year old logs in. A little like what you get when you go on a cybercafe PC. its locked down so only certain programs can be run. and has its own GUI

Hope that makes sense
 
You could install a theme and hide the desktop icons, Ive done this for my 4 year old as she is pretty well versed on using the home pc. Ive even had to lock down youtube etc as there are a few ropey videos, even when looking for lazytown stuff! She knows how to spell her favourite sites so she types them into yahoo (or uses the bookmarks) with the adult stuff locked out.
 
Start > Run > gpedit.msc will allow you to 'lock down' tons of things and prevent certain programs from being started.
