Replacement GH3 controllers?

Has anyone tried to get their GH3 controller replaced recently? The green fret on mine has bust but the Activision website seems to only have only replacement forms for World Tour. Their customer support line seems to leave me on hold for hours.

I guess they are getting a bit old, but I thought I'd try my luck!

Ta muchly guys. I've tried entering the serial inside the battery compartment but the site isn't taking it

I'm not looking at the wrong serial number am I?

Thanks guys. Some of the stamped numbers were very hard to make out, but I got it to accept a combination of what I think were the last four digits. Hope I haven't scammed someone else out of an RMA!

So, five days later (including the weekend) I find a brand new World Tour controller waiting for me at work :cool:
