Are there any single slot low profile cards out there that will work in this tiny case with the 220w PSU!!

The case is a small form factor and dimensions are: -
10 cm x 36.7 cm x 26.95 cm

I was thinking something along the lines of this: -

Any thoughts?? I'm just after an improvement over the onboard Intel which is struggling with games like Settlers 3 etc!!

Well....I bit the bullet and bought the Gigabyte GT 1030 and glad to say it fit perfectly and runs fine on the 220w PSU, its also a healthy upgrade from the onboard Intel GPU.

Thanks for the Couple of bags of Haribo too :)
