anyone know if you can get a replacement impeller for the phobya 400 pump .. ?? mine keeps stopping when it gets hot .. it is 9+ yrs old ..lol was looking for a cheap fix ..

Yes and No..
you would need to know the maker and full model name/number and its not phobya 400 the pump will be made by an OEM.
The pump is a aquarium type pump so you can 100% get a replacement impeller, you need the full make and model info.

But TBF your looking at £20 to £25, and new seals say £10, this is to fix a £45 pump

Personally id take this as an opportunity to go D5 or DDC.
