My Girlfriend currently has a 'Sony VAIO NS30E', however, the mouse pad buttons have been temperamental and she has also got some storm bugs somehow lodged inside of the screen.
She has only had this laptop since September so is well within the years warranty that is provided with the laptop. She has contacted the retailer and they have offered a full refund as they do not have stock of the laptop, I cannot find the laptop for a reasonable price anywhere, either.
I have been looking at some laptops for her, but would like some suggestions. She loves the current laptop as it's so solidly constructed, fantastic screen, battery and keyboard. Has anyone got any suggestions of laptops to look at.
Budget: £500 (she paid £460 for her laptop in September, but is willing to pay another up to £500 if it gets her what she wants)
Current Spec: 2GHZ Dual Core, 3GB RAM, 250GB HD, DVD RW
