Replacement m-ATX innards!

Hi all... my Dad's media center PC has gone babooey; so I'm looking for replacement components. He has an old Antec Fusion case with 350w PSU and we'll be replacing the motherboard; CPU and RAM.

I think he's looking at spending between £100-£150. Any recommendations? It doesn't need to be anything fancy at all as it's replacing a Core2duo with 2gb RAM so his expectations aren't high.

What about this? How do AMD compare to Intel in this price bracket?

Should be a fine alternative. Will outperform the 5350 at the cost of a bit more power usage and heat I'd guess, with the Pentium probably better suited to light desktop use and the AMD aimed at purely media/HTPC set up.
