Current machine spec is in sig below. I am looking to replace my DS4 with a new board as im slightly unhappy with it, for me its very flakey compared to my old DFI Expert board and i'd really like to get something solid that will allow me to OC my 6600C2D without problems. I don't care about the price, and am currently looking at the higher end ASUS boards - but if anyone has any suggestions i'd appreciate them.
Other bit is my GFX card, currently an X1900XT (256mb version). Now, i was mainly buying NVidia cards before this and i have to say i've had a lot more issues with the ATI card and its software than i ever had with Nvidia - so i'd also like to replace this. Any suggestions for NVidia cards? I was looking at the 8800 range - but would like something that doesn't sound too much like a hovercraft when booting/temps rise/etc...
