Think I need a replacement on my EP-9NPA+ Ultra . Sounds a bit noisy, assuming bearing going. Does have its quiet days though so need to test again when it's playing up.

Any recommendations to replace it with?

Assuming you aren't going any extreeeme overclocking and have decentish airflow then the passive zalman blue on from ocuk will do the job dandy.

You can eve bend the pins easily if your 3dcard is in the way of it.

Would that be this one?

Zalman ZM-NB47J Northbridge Cooler

or this one

Thermalright HR-05 Northbridge Heatsink

Overclocking slightly on my 3700 San Diego, but not a great deal, memory holding me back. Want something decent obviously but something that will fit my board

Yes that's the one, very good indeed. and should fit every standard motherboard.

That's hardly clocked at all, will run fine and dandy.
