Replacement Number Plates - Best place to buy from?

Sorry to Hijack but its seems to go hand in hand!

Looking for some new plates for the XJR, but I would rather stick them on than screw them - I know the various tapes etc can be a bit hit and miss, any recommendations ?

Tried many and they all come off eventually...I'd recommend screws all day long.

The ones from eBay are not drilled, so you can just stick them on. We've just fitted the one's I ordered on Sunday. Front of the car needed to be stuck (no screw fastenings), the rear is screwed on so we've drilled the number plate, and used the fastening kit that iankaren also sell.

Halfords do a very strong pad to hold plates on in various thicknesses so they fit above mounting holes, mine are held on with these and there's absolutely no chance of falling off. It's about £3 per pack but you need two packs of you're doing front and back.

Even my front one which is bent is secure.

The halfords pads are pony the glue sticks but the foam tears leaving super strong sticky mess on your car, the double sided tapes are better they can be peeled off
