Replacement options for ancient 22inch

I currently have a Phillips 221V2 display. It's a 22 inch screen with more bugs between the screen layers than I want to admit to.

What are my options, staying near to that size? It's used for work, gaming and general abuse. Currently driven by a 2060, but that's potentially fixable. Where I'm limited is size - I could manage a 24 inch where it is, but going further is problematic.

So - what would people recommend?

Good old 16:10 aspect ratio would be far better for such limited desk space to give more working area.
But unfortunately marketing and fashion scums replaced it by lower screens and remaining 1920x1200 models are all 60Hz (or 75Hz) models.
(wouldn't tolerate 1920x1080 even for basic web surfing/email)

And 2560x1440 selection is very limited for 100Hz or more.
So there really aren't good options.
