What do I need to buy, they seem to be hard to find..

I'm after 2x 200-300W psus that will fit in standard Shuttle cases

I would look on the famous auction site!! Many 1U PSUs are compatible with the Shuttle motherboards(apart from some of the P2 series) as they use standard ATX connectors. My SN41G2 uses a 20 pin and 4 pin ATX power connector for its motherboard.

According to the Shuttle site you need either:

Part Number: PC60
Description: 300W SilentX Power Supply
Compatible with XPC chassis G, G2, G5, G6 and the models ST61G4, D10, K45, K48,
but it is NOT compatible with SD11G5, SS58G2, SK83G, SN85G4, SN95G5 and ST20G5.

Or

Part Number: PC55
Description: 450W SilentX Power Supply
Compatible with the following Shuttle XPCs:
SB81P, SB95P, SB95PV2, SD31P, SD37P2, SD39P2, SN25P, SN26P, SN27P2

Useful post. I just came back from my travels and was soooo looking forward to firing up the PC again and it started booting up and then died on me. Gutted.

So now I am going to have to find a PSU for it. Who knows what else it has popped too. Hoping nothing else, cos I can't afford any of this right now.

*edit: just seen the prices on google. not cheap eh !?!

What model is your Shuttle BTW??

Yeah I know, I'm actually selling all my dj equipment off so I might well now be buying a higher spec PC to cater for Ableton and music production software (or a Mac) lol

i'm also after one of these PSU's, my SN25P keeps losing power and turning off. I refuse to spend £90 on it though. Any ideas?

Look at the link I posted in this thread. The P and earlier P2 series Shuttle SFF PCs used a propriety PSU so modifying a standard one is the only way forward unless you buy a new Shuttle PSU.

I bit the bullet and bought a new PSU from MD. Rebuilt yesterday, crashed, rebuilt today, crashed, rebuilt again tonight and tested 1 hardware at a time. It seems 1 of my Geil memory sticks is at fault as the PC is now stable as hell. So I'll need to find a replacement 1gb stick for the other 1gb stick, or buy a pair.

*goes to check the For Sale section*
