My Antec Neo HE 430W fan is starting to annoy me, recently it has started humming and revving up a little (ie, hmmmuuuhmmmmuuuhmmmmuuuuhmmm), which it didn't used to do, so as i'm pretty certain it's out of warranty (and I doubt Antec would do anything anyway) I really need to replace the fan.
What is the best 80mm fan to replace it with? Thickness seems to be the standard 25mm and apparently it's a "medium speed" fan (all I can get by google).
