replacement psu

I need some advice on which PSU to buy as a replacement, as the corsair TX850 had to me RMA'd back to OcUK as it was making a squealing sound.
I'm running an i7 950, 12gb ram, 3 hard drives, and a gtx470
I am looking for something Modular, and as quiet as possible, with enough power for me to be able to upgrade to SLi in the future.

are there any decent fully modular psu's? I own a silverstone fortress ft02 and the cable management can be a little tricky

are you sure with 750w i can be confident about having the power for future upgrades?
