Replacement PSU

Can you not wait till you get free P&P dude? I take it you have given up on the SLI idea then?

The OCZ is ok, there are plenty of reviews on line. It's main "flaw" is the fan can get noisey when the unit is under heavy load.

1 x Seasonic G series 550w '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply £76.99
1 x Silverstone Strider Plus 500W Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (SST-ST50F-P) £67.99
1 x BeQuiet Pure Power L8 530W '80 Plus Bronze' Modular Power Supply - With 120mm Silent Wing Fan Built in £66.95
Total : £223.33 (includes shipping : £9.50).

Some alternatives there, the Silverstone is fully modular. The only real benefit is that you can release all the cables to lift the PSU out to clean it easier. I have the Bequiet L8 (630W), it has just the 24pin and the 8pin connectors hardwired, you then plug in the extras needed.

It should suffice. Why do you need fully modular? Just wondering.

Mu current modular has the 24 pin, 8pin & 2xPCI-e's hard-wired. Since I only need 1, the other is just tied up at the back of the case, taking up space. I'm trying to reduce the number of cables by using a fully modular PSU. The cable management space on the 600T is great, but it's a tight fit at the moment.

I could wait yes and not given up on SLI yet. I'm not really planning on it till the 670/680's come down in price and may wait till Haswell's been out for a year of so first. Most likely early 2014. Just getting annoyed with having too many spare leads on my current modular PSU just hanging around. Makes cable management a real nightmare!!!
