Replacement pump for Thermaltake bigwater

Well flipside - I'll be interested in having the pump off you for the right price if that helps ease the burden of a new pump. - use davidwatkinson(a)f2s.com

For peice of mind I'd ratehr stick with the same pump for the mo until I feel a bit more confident.

Well hopefully I'll get one off flipside when he gets his new pump and then keep a note of what he's got as back up.

THe pump worked OK for a few hours in testing then gave up.

Got a VGA and temp monitor on the way as well - so a full system set up. :)

Can't wait to get it going!

Flipside - I might have a solution to your problem - it'll cost you mind ;)

I bought a VGA block to go with the system and it contins connectors to 1/4, 3/8 and 1.2 barbs. So... I need thge 1.4 obviously but the 3/8 and 1/2 are idle and should fit your tubing and your thermaltake stuff
.

there's two of each conenctor 3/8 and 1/2".

The threaded end is the usual bigwater thread (whatever that is) so you should be able to screw on into your CPU and one into your res.

Job done? :)

Now.... about that pump ;)

LoL yea I need some tubing as well sry - can't go without my PC cos of work. I will buy some 3/8" tubing from somewhere, you can send the widgets and I'll send you the pump at a reduced price ;)

Just ordered the tubing, so you will have the pump as quick as you can send those adapters :D

OK, send me your address to the email addy that I mailed you from before (@f2s.com) and I'll package them up and send them out tomorrow. :)

Well I mean in my case I have one HDD. I would never have 5 HDD's anyhow :) I have 2 opticals too which I prefer at the top. If I can fit that and my old rad in then I will. The bigwater kit keeps a A64 3700 at about 35oC so its not all that bad.

Is that 35 at load or idle? The reason I'm asking is that mine runs BOINC so it'll be at full load most of the time.
