I haven't used any of these myself, but I'm in a similar position to you ( current fan doesnt have a high enough cfm ), and these are the ones I've been looking at.

Also look out for Antec TriCool and Evercool EC 120mm fans, as they run at 2000rpm / 75-80cfm / 30'ish db ( no idea what the fan quality is like though )

What are your temps like?

Scythe Ninja should handle pretty much anything and they work best with low noise/airflow set ups. Of course a faster fanw ill cool better but you'll see deminishing returns.

Pretty good fans, cheap and you can swap between high speed or low noise if you don't already have a fan controllers. If you do have a fan controller the only way you're likely to get better CFM without making it loud is to get a 120x120x38mm fan. The Noctua fans are supposed to have better than average air flow for their speed/noise as well but they cost a fair bit.

Something like that at 7v might be ok, too loud for my tastes but loads of airflow.

Currently @ 3.42Ghz 1.34-1.35v Idle : 39 Load : 55

im wanting to push it up to 3.6Ghz as i know it can do it at around 1.4v but the temps get a little to high im only wanting to lower them by about 5 degree.

Whata re you using to measure temps? If it is coretemp then you're fine up to about 70c, I would only start to get worried then myself. Only HS that would fair better would be the Tuniq Tower or Titan Amanda, I don't think a faster fan would do that much.

Worth a try though I suppose :)

Using core temp aye, the temps do get close to 70 around 66-70 load i think with the vcore @ 1.45 iirc @ 3.6Ghz obviously if im fine at this temp great but it does seem a tad toasty to me and id like to knock a few degrees off
