I've seen this mentioned a few times on ths forum, but have never really taken notice of what it actually is.
I have an iPhone 4 which I dropped. The back has a small crack to the glass in the bottom right hand corner and the on/off button now sits flush with the top.
What is the criteria for the replacement service, eg: warranty, place of purchase, amount of damage.
And how would I go about getting it replaced, I don't mind paying the money as it will still be cheaper than a new iPhone
My phone was bought from O2 and is about 2 years old.
