Trying to get a replacement side panel (windowed) for phanteks mini xl , had an initial response from
RMA Phanteks <[email protected]> on the 28th March saying they are checking for stock but nothing since. wonder if Phanteks Rep here can take a look @Phanteks_Care

Have you replied to that email asking for an update?

Every time I've ever used their service they've been spot on :)
 
yes sent another email last Thursday no reply yet. maybe im expecting a reply a bit to quickly. will send another email tomorrow. its not urgent I guess I dropped the back side panel across the acrylic one and it gouged a nice scratch across it
 
Just ping them weekly. The response does seem a bit slower than what I've experienced but maybe just a busy period? I've had 2 replacement parts sent out from them in good order.
 
phanteks replied today, they are having problems finding stock, checking a warehouse in another country.. I know there plan... they just want me to upgrade... im so weak
 
no, I will wait.. I don't think this case is or was very popular. im in no rush just would be nice to have the replacement panel.
