Our property is 10-11 years old and has timber framed windows.
Don't ask me how, but I've managed to snap the handle off the part that closes. Any ideas where I might get a replacement handle from?
I appreciate this is a useless post without photos - will update later with some.

Wish I had just searched before posting. This is pretty similar to the item I broke: http://www.handlestore.com/window-handles/window-latches/w53-locking-casement-fastener
It turns and moves pins elsewhere in the window into securing slots in the frame. Sheared the rotating pin in the frame that the handle connects to clean off.
