replacement Xbox 360 discs

Just wondering if the replacement disc offer still only applys to a selection of games? or does it cover all of them now?

i just went to play on saints row, so put the disc in the drive then a loud screeching noise came from it.
the result is a crack in the middle of the disc :/ and it is no longer readable

Only covers Microsoft Studio games I believe, Saints Row isn't one of them

Most games can be replaced for a fee, check the back of the manual will probably tell you where to send the broken disk and how much.

Two of my games done this on the same day a while ago. i phoned customer support of the popular purple high street store and they told me to send them in.

I sent them away and was given an £80 gift certificate in return

not bad since both were bought off the MM here for about £20 each

edit: they said it was actually the game cases that caused the cracks
