Replacing 1080p with another?

Got myself a new rig last year, but still using 15+ year old Samsung 23.5” monitor

Graphics is 6700xt so 1440p probably still out of the question

Current games are CS2, BF4 and 2042.

Unsure of budget - couple of hundred maybe?

Recommendations?

1440p is no problem for 6700 XT, depending on what FPS you want.

Sorry should have said I prefer detail over resolution - so I’d prefer higher detail over higher resolution with graphics settings having to be cranked down
