Replacing a 660Ti

I have gotten a good run out of my ASUS DirectCU 660Ti but with christmas coming up I feel like treating myself. I am however having a little bit of a problem on deciding which card to buy. I need the GPU cooler to be as quiet as the DirectCU cooler on the 660TI and have the card be more powerful. My budget is about 400. Any suggestions?

What is the rest of your system and what resolution do you game at fella?

My resolution is 1920 by 1200 (DELL U2412M)

Rest of the system is the following:

INTEL I7 2700K RUNNING AT 4.5GHZ (1.3V)
MSI Z77 GD-55 MOTHERBOARD
8GB 1600MHZ DDR3 RAM
650W SEASONIC POWER SUPPLY
XONAR ESSENCE STX SOUND CARD

GPU IS AN ASUS DIRECTCU TOP 660TI

PSU should be on-the-edge, but it's worth to try.
