Replacing a dimmer switch

I'm replacing a double dimmer in the kitchen with a normal double non dimmer switch. I thought it would be straight forward but I cant just work out what I need to connect. The dimmer seems to have some kind of link cable between switches and the earth and live are bundled up in the socket.

Could someone point me in the right direction (and I dont mean calling out an electrican just yet!)
