Hello all,

Its been a long time since i have posted in here!

I have a client who has requested a replacement graphics card, they have requested the above, but after a little look around it doesnt appear to be avaliable anymore.

Can anyone suggest a modern adaquate replacement?? I was thinking the Geforce 610 GT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Matt

The exact description is;

"Arena Centre Projector control PC!" I should point out this is on a cruise ship.

The only thing i do know is the 9400 is dual DVI, i'm assuming this isnt an issue in this day and age! :)

Thanks
Matt

Both those cards are DVI-HDMI-VGA, which is the norm for modern budget offerings. DVI and HDMI are electrically compatible, so a simple HDMI-DVI adaptor for a quid or two will work if you need two DVI outs

Ok thanks, i will look at this then, we dont need to think budget though, they arent short of money lol

Can you suggest one which will have DVI-DVI :)

Thanks

PCIE 3 makes 0 difference to low end cards. A 3.0 card should work just fine in a 2.0 slot. The 4GB RAM on that card is also mostly a gimmick, it's slow DDR3

bigger numbers != better ;)

Ok thanks for the help today :)

I have asked for a little bit more information about the cards use and the machine it is going into.

Once i have this info then i will revisit :)
