Replacing a HD 69xx

About the time I joined the forum I started building a pc, I picked up a 2 GB sapphire 6950 for it and flashed it.

It has recently had a slight accident and needs replacing.
So what card(s) are equivalent, let's say for about 170-200 pounds.
