Replacing an old HP Omen 17

or for slightly less money I can get a Lenovo Legion Slim 7 with AMD R7 6800H with RX 6800S.

I'm drawn towards the Slim 7 for the full metal build and lower power AMD hardware but I do like my 17" screen.
I haven't seen any noise level info on that particular ROG Strix but similar models are around 40db on low power setting.

Any thoughts appreciated.
