replacing capacitor question

Hi Guys,

Complete noob when it comes to electronics.

I need to replace some capacitors but do not have the exact same capacitors to replace with.

can i replace a

16v 1500uF with a 35v 1000uF ?

Will there be issues ?

as i say i dont know anything about this.

Its from a TV
