Hi so I want to replace my existing ceiling rose fittings with new semi flush lights.

However when I look at the existing install it doesn't look right/easy to sort out.

Can anyone electrically minded take a look and help explain what I should be doing here?

I was thinking wago connectors .. I'm no electrician but is this wired incorrectly to start with?

Just did this. Get some Wago connectors, makes thinks easiet. Mark the single black with some tape as that is the switching circuit. You need four Wagos, 2 3 ways, one 2 way and one 4 way. Can obviously just buy a multi pack of 4 ways.

All 3 reds in one Wago. (3 way)
2 blacks and the red from the pendant in another. (3 way)
The marked switching black and the black from the pendant in the third. (2 way)
All earths in the fourth. (4 way) This should be connected to the rose if it's metal.

Strangely enough I was looking at a box of wagos just before from screwfix. Okay I will do like that. Then what do i do with all the who's? Push them up into ceiling or do they need to be in junction box or something?

The lifts downstairs in a similar arrangement all have a red and a black going to the pendant which is why I was confused!

The ceiling rose I bought has an internal cavity so they just went in there. If the replacement rose doesn't then I assume you can push them back but would check with an electrician on that.

Pretty sure you can leave wagos out in cavity. But the lighting boxes are only like 30p each so if you can access above nice to do it tidy!
