Replacing CPU air cooling tower with Corsiar H110...

And I'm assuming these all in one Corsair water cooling kits are compatible with the Skylake 1151 chipsets?

Yes, you will need to clean the old paste off the cpu prior to mounting the H110. The cooler will come with paste pre applied to the base. And also, it will fit socket 1151. This socket shares the same mounting holes as previous intel sockets such as 1150, 1155 etc.
