I'm sorry if this is not a suitable forum but I could not find one. I have been thinking about getting a new desk but like my current one. I think I just need to replace the keyboard shelf as it has been made uneven and bent and no longer works properly. I have an image of it. I was wondering if anyone here had any advice about what to do and how to go about doing it?

Thank you.

If it's just the rails you can pick them up at B&Q, you could even replace the shelf surface itself with a bit of wood cut/shaped to size.

Either way it shouldn't cost much, just make sure if you get the rails from B&Q or similar stores that they are all there - every single time I go to buy something like a drawer/shelf rail (or plumbing part that is more than just a single piece) I tend to end up spending half an hour finding the one pack on the shelves/in the box that isn't open and missing parts (I swear they must never have to re-order some stock because no one ever buys it, they either see the pack is missing a part, or open the pack and take the screws/washers etc).

Okay thank you.
