It's not cost effective to get it replaced by a shop.
Can get the glass and digitiser for £25 and all three antenna wifi, 3G right and 3G left for £8.
How easy would these be to replace on ipad2, anyone done it? Any good video guides or other guides.

After watching a few videos, took the plunge, £49 for digitiser, all three antennas, new sticky pads to reattach and some tools.
Been dispatched today, first class, I hope it arrives soon as its terrible to use now.

nooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

:(

took it apart, replaced all the antenna. plug it all back in, screwed the internals in, connected up the lcd and digitizer.
Turned it on, working fine.
went to remove the plastic shield from the inside of the digitizer which was extremely well attached and ripped the digitizer cable whilst removing the plastic cover.

:( well that's almost £30 of digitizer down the drain, at least I haven't broken the ipad at all. so just have to buy another digitizer

At least the antenna work now, have 3G back, where before only worked if you where basically under the transmitter, and wifi works in the lounge now as well.

Just can't use it. Oh well new part ordered.

Yay it's back together and working, anyone thinking of doing this, it's hard. Very very hard. To get the screen lined up with the Brady and stuck properly, I'm still not 100% happy with that, but at least it's working. Hopefully no phantom presses now.

Was going to say, it's a horrible job to do. I've done a few but really can't be bothered now, especially as there's quite a lot of competition from various places offering to do the same repair.

I was put of by that, I used a company before.
Lost screwes (didn't know till I opened it), random phantom presses, finger print and dust between LCD/digitizer and not stuck down properly.

Now still missing screwes and still not stuck down properly. Looks like I got rid of dirt/finger prints and phantom presses though, so mostly good.
